While Ren’s job may be unconventional, she says she is proud to be able to do something for those who have departed from this world. Her customers, many who are shopping for funeral shrouds for the first time and have heavy hearts from having recently lost their loved ones, often come to the store with many inquiries. Ren and her team make sure to answer all their questions carefully and to provide the advice they need. Many of her customers have left comments showing their appreciation for Ren’s help, and these meaningful connections make her loves her job.
Believing that everyone deserves to complete their final journey with grace and dignity, Ren has also started designing burial gowns that feature fashionable elements as well as details that pay tribute to the deceased. She has so far designed more than 10 garments sold by the store, using her dedication to her craft as a way to celebrate the lives of those who have departed.
